Esteemed Reader,
Welcome to another issue of the NAEPC Journal of Estate and Tax Planning. As the nation’s premier, multi-disciplinary planning organization, NAEPC is committed, through its activities, the activities of its 200+ member councils, and the activities of The NAEPC Foundation to provide estate planning professionals with timely, pertinent education materials that benefit all the disciplines represented by the members of our affiliated local councils and our individual members who are located in areas where local council membership is not available. This issue of the Journal, and your study of it, is another rung on your ladder of success in not only staying current in our ever-changing estate planning world, but also in gaining new insights into topics that are evolving. The Journal will also give you knowledge about the latest ideas in sophisticated estate planning techniques you need to discuss with your clients in order to provide the highest quality service available.
Sure, it takes a lot of time to stay current. We all receive more magazines, journals, newsletters, etc. than we could possibly read cover to cover. That’s one of the reasons the NAEPC Journal is such a compelling read. The editors have chosen the best of the best, received permission to reissue these articles and have included them so you are getting only the articles that have been determined to be worthy of your time. There is also original content from some of the brightest and best minds in the field.
If you have not read every issue of the NAEPC Journal of Estate and Tax Planning cover to cover, I hope you take the time to scan the table of contents for the archived issues and spend some time looking at what you’ve missed. The NAEPC Journal of Estate and Tax Planning needs to be a “regular read” for you. Enjoy.
